Before you write to us

Two answers that come up often:

My tracking shows nothing. That is normal for the first 2 to 5 days after dispatch. The parcel is on its way; the carrier simply has not scanned its first checkpoint yet.

I want to change my address. Contact us immediately. If the order has not yet gone into preparation, we can correct it. Once it has shipped, it is no longer possible.
