1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern all sales concluded on the Kovralis site, operated by GGRD LLC, 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States (hereinafter “the Seller”).
Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms. The Seller reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable terms are those in force on the date of the order.
2. Products
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and illustrations are provided for information only and do not form part of the contract: slight variations in shade or finish may occur without the conformity of the product being called into question.
The dimensions given are subject to a standard manufacturing tolerance of ± 3 %.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros for orders delivered within the European Union and in Mexican pesos for orders delivered to Mexico. They are inclusive of all taxes, excluding any delivery charges, which are displayed before the order is finally confirmed.
The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time the order is registered.
4. Orders
The order is final upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the customer at the address provided at the time of purchase.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that is abnormal, manifestly fraudulent, or placed by a customer with whom an earlier dispute is ongoing. In that case, the customer is informed and refunded in full.
It is the customer's responsibility to check that their delivery address is correct. An order returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or repeated absence at the time of delivery, may give rise to reshipping costs payable by the customer.
5. Payment
Payment is made online, at the time of the order, using the methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secure and the Seller at no point has access to the customer's banking details.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms and times are set out in our Shipping Policy. The times stated are average observed times and do not constitute a firm commitment, save where mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the European regulations applicable to distance selling, customers residing in the European Union have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
The Seller also grants an extended commercial period of thirty (30) days from receipt, under the conditions described in the Refund Policy.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, in accordance with the applicable European regulations (art. L221-23 of the French Consumer Code), the customer being expressly informed of this provision by these terms.
8. Legal guarantees
Independently of any commercial guarantee, the Seller remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under the conditions laid down by the legislation applicable in the customer's place of residence.
9. Liability
The product is a sports accessory intended for normal textile use. It is neither personal protective equipment nor a medical device. The Seller cannot be held liable for any misuse, nor for the consequences of use that does not follow the care instructions provided.
The Seller's liability may not exceed the amount of the order concerned.

11. Applicable law
These terms are subject to the law applicable in the consumer customer's place of habitual residence, without the customer being deprived of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of that law.
